Cucumbers come in daily, fresh from the growers in 2000 pound bins. |

Cucumbers are thoroughly washed to remove any remnants of the farm soil. |

Sorting the cucumbers ensures uniform size, shape, and quality. |

We then hand pack to further ensure a tight watchful eye over the product. Brine and Spices are added here. |

Finished product is stored in large refrigerated holding areas waiting to be loaded on trucks for delivery. |
